From the Bandai Exit bus terminal, Take the C20,21,22 Hamauracho Sen (浜浦町線)
bus headed towards Hamauracho (浜浦町) and get off at Nishiohata

From the Bandai Exit bus terminal, Take the C70 Ryuto Oohashi Sen (柳都大橋線)
bus headed towards Irifune eigyousho (入船営業所) and get off at Irifune gochou-me
(入船町5丁目). From the bus stop, it's approximately a five-minute walk.
Turn right at the intersection with the 7-11 and walk straight until you reach
the Shinano River.
The office is on the 2nd floor of the building on the right-hand corner.

Car/Motorcycle/On foot

From the downtown Niigata City area, take Magusakawagishi-dori Street, going towards
the Minato Tunnel. At the stoplight next to Funae Hospital and the 7-11,
turn right and keep going straight until you reach the Shinano River.
